The video shows a watching tower. Every three minutes the plattform goes up and after a few circles it disappears again.

presentation
The videography must resemble classical photography. It should be presented on a high definition flatscreen or a simple backprojection.

HD projector for backprojection screen or HD-flatscreen, controlled by computer or HD-DVD player, original video resolution: 2816x2112 pixels

artist comment
The starting point for the production of this video was to imitate the style and look of Andreas Lorenschat's works from the years 2004 and 2005 as an ironical comment on the existence of The Artist's Handwriting.

On personal request by Andreas Lorenschat the original title "Andreas Lorenschat Tower, Helsinki, 2006" was changed into "A. L. Tower, Helsinki, 2006" in June 2007 .
